We had six kids in our family. We didn't get alot of presents throughout the year but at Christmas everyone seemed to get everything on their list and more. Having kids of my own, I now realize just how much planning my parents had to do with SANTA to make sure that happened.
For me and my sister Christmas meant a new doll. My mom always said, "It's not Christmas without a baby doll" She also sewed alot and would make a whole new wardrobe for whatever doll we received. I still have some of the dolls and they are still dressed in my mom's hand made dresses.

My favorite Christmas memory is riding around the parish for hours looking at Christmas lights... mostly in Ormond and Willowdale. We'd listen to the Carpenters' Christmas album and ride around and round through cul-de-sacs (thanks, Dad).
